Returns & Exchanges
We would want all our customers to enjoy their purchase. However, we understand that online shopping doesn't always go as planned. Below are some simple steps to help with the return/exchange process.
By processing payment and completing a purchase with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.
- Regular priced Items bought online can be returned / exchanged in store.
- All sales/discounted items are to only be mailed back to our office within 30 days upon receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns or do refunds for sales & discounted items.
- Return shipping cost for items mailed to our office is to covered & paid by the customer.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and done by a case by case basis.
- Refunds will not be done through the stores as it will be done through online for accounting purposes of the company.

- Exchanges are only valid for size and colours (subject to availability).
- Exchanges for regular priced items can be done in stores or by mailing the items to us and we will send you a new one!
- Exchanges for sales items are only to be done through mailing.
- Exchanges are only valid from 30 days from when the items are shipped.
- Only a one-time exchange is allowed.
- Only valid for local orders
- Apparels must be in its original brand new, never washed and unworn condition.
- Apparels must have all original tags attached and in resalable condition.
Exchanges would only be confirmed when we give you confirmation via email.
